Dear Ministry Colleague,
Grace and Peace to you and to those you serve and Seasons Greetings. Please forgive this last minute notification of our next meeting. This meeting will be a continuation of the November 3rd meeting for those of you receiving this invitation who were also in attendance at that time. For those of you who missed that meeting you will find attached a copy of the minutes of the November 3, 2007 meeting.
[On November 3, 2007 we met at Christ Covenant Metropolitan Community Church in Decatur. We thank you for participation, commitment and interest in making this the largest and most significant gathering to date.]
[Attached to this invitation for our next meeting, December 15, 2007 @ 1:30 pm at the Vision Church, Rev. O.C. Allen, III, Senior Pastor is a copy of our agenda and minutes of the last meeting. We unanimously agreed to come back to the table to conclude the business set forth in last month’s agenda.]
